The oven of my DCS stove was not working. The company sent the technician Avi to my house to diagnose the problem. The oven had to be removed from its place and Avi had to put himself behind the appliance in a very small confined space, but he did it and solved the problem with professionalism and always with a great attitude. My stackable washer died after a hydro outage. Because it is a unique size and otherwise in good shape, I decided to replace the computer component rather than replace the washer/dryer combination. Unfortunately, although the washer is only 5 years old - - GE no longer supports this model :-(
I called Appliance Repair Master and Avi showed up within a few HOURS!! What a relief. Avi is as conscientious with the work as he would be if it was his own machine. The computer component was a special order, which is the only thing that prevented the completion of the job the very next day. As soon as it was available, he came back and completed the repair. It was a lot of work - having to unstack and restack the washer/dryer on both occasions! Avi made the entire ordeal as painless for me as it could possibly be - - for which I am MOST appreciative!! His assessment of the problem was immediate and spot-on. He explained and made sure I understood what the problem was. This the third kitchen appliance we have had them repair for us. Bosch dishwasher, Kitchenaid |Fridge and Maytag stove all with different problems. Great workmanship and attention to finding a solution in a timely manner. This is the only place to go for home appliance repairs!

Our stove is 15 years old and only one side of the oven worked. He came in and told us what he needed and will be back within a few days. He returned and it works like new. Very polite and great work. We would recommend them to anyone.

I have had an issue with a Bosch dishwasher. It did not drain the water out and there was a leakage from the bottom. I have called a company named Appliance Repair Master and next morning I had a nice gentlemen named Vlad in front of my house. He did not take long to diagnose the problem and fixed my dishwasher right at the spot. I recommend this company as honest and reliable business. Very professional and efficient!
