repair of ice-maker for Kitchen Aid fridge
Ice-maker was repaired on Sept 27 2014. We are an old couple seldomly using it. In 5 1/2 months the ice-maker failed. The warrantiy for the parts they put in the invoice 30 days. No warranty for labour. We called to several part suppliers and they give one year warranties!!!, The Applience refused to send a technitian to check. We feel abused.

We have discussed this whole situation with you and explained how our warranty works. We provided you with 30 days warranty on the part. You have called us 6 months later and advised that the ice maker is not working. Our professional receptionist offered you the service call and to have a technician to do the diagnostic. You refused. You requested the new replacement. You understand that we could not give you the brand new part after 6 months. When you purchase a new appliance, you get a year warranty. For parts you get 30 days. We tried to help you out and were negotiating, however, you refused to cooperate. WE apologise again for the unfortunate situation. Hopefully you understand
