He explained what he would do and when job complete he showed after pictures with sparkling clean vents. Professional, knowledge, polite, and an expert in cleaning/repairing dryer vents. Leighton Johnson, Tyler's son, came out and did the job -- fabulously! What a knowledgeable young man he is! He worked his butt off, even had to go down into a crawl space which wasn't nice, but he did it. Gave me a lot of good advice on how to take care of my 30+ year old Maytag dryer (which I will follow to the letter), installed some piping at the back of the dryer to make it easier for me to pull out and clean behind it. Having not had those vents cleaned for 5 years or so, I feel so relieved. Leighton told me to get it done every 3 years or so - which I will do. Can't tell you how good it feels to find a supplier who's honest and reasonably priced. Am giving the DryerVent Wizard at 10+++

Leighton came out to check out our dryer vent hookup which we've always known is sketchy at best. He did a thorough inspection and gave me a quote on further work that needs to be done to bring it up to code. While he was here I gave him the ok to clean the lint build up in my dryer and he did a fantastic job. He was polite and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be calling them back to complete the additional work that I need done. (new washer/dryer has to arrive first).

Tyler Johnson and his son responded in a timely manner to our plea to replace the dryer vent duct which became disconnected after moderate use. Several local handymen and home contractors had unsuccessfully attempted to repair the duct. This family team inspected and cleaned the dryer and designed and installed a new duct system that is not only functional but aesthetically pleasing. A pest proof vent hood was also installed on the outside of the house. Overall, the professionalism and quality of the work performed was great value for the price. This father-son team are highly recommended.
