Tyler is very fast, friendly and did a great job. He replaced old vents and not to code duct work in no time at all. He also cleaned behind the dryers and helped us understand what was done, why and how to keep things safe. Excellent.

We wanted to minimize the risk of a dryer fire so we contacted The Dryer Vent Wizard to replace the existing foil "accordion" with rigid metal. From start to finish, the work performed by The Dryer Vent Wizard (aka Tyler Johnson) was meticulous. The was enough lint
trapped in the body and "ribs" of the vent to stuff a pillowcase. The new rigid metal duct looks and performs well.

Since she spoke with Tyler and arranged the visit, I don't have anything to say about how he was over the phone. Except that she said that he was very pleasant and accommodating. My regular dryer vent cleaning was overdue and I found Dryer Vent Wizard on this site. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and efficient. Tyler called 30 minutes in advance of arriving at the house as requested. He was pleasant, professional and clean and provided a written estimate of the work to be done along with photos and a read-out of the airflow of the 'before' state of the vent. After the work was done, the laundry room was left perfectly clean and I was shown the 'after' photos and read-out showing the improvement. Tyler was a pleasure to deal with and provided service which was far superior to another company I have used to do the same work. I highly recommend this company!

I called Tyler to replace a cheap plastic dryer vent that the builder had left us. I warned him ahead of time that the job was going to be tricky. Tyler arrived on time and was a pleasure to meet. He spent two hours working on a dryer vent problem that I thought could not be solved without leaving an unsightly mess. Everything was completed and my laundry room was unscathed. Tyler even showed me pictures of the inside of the vent and inside the wall where he had to re-route my venting. I highly recommend Tyler and will have him back to service the vent in the future. Moving into a new townhouse I had no idea whether or not the previous owners had ever cleaned their dryer vent. Tyler arrived on time and was dressed professionally. He cheerfully answered all my questions, showed me before and after pictures of the clogged areas of the vent and worked very hard to clear them all. He did a fantastic job. Tyler came to our place to clean out the vents back in Mar 2014. Very professional, punctual, knowledgeable. Also helped with moving our washer/dryer back as our original installers had it sticking out about 1 foot from the wall. He installed an attachment to our dryer line which allowed him to move it back about 4-5 inches. It doesn't seem like much but having the laundry area as the main entrance/exit for the family, every little bit of space counts!! Left everything clean and took all the mess with him.
