I had purchased a new dryer which was not functioning properly. I suspected the problem had something to do with the vent so I called Dryer Vent Wizard after reading the positive reviews for this company. I was not disappointed, I found Tyler to be knowledgeable and professional. He immediately repaired the vent line. I would highly recommend this company and Tyler.
