I was looking for someone to provide a permanent solution to a dryer vent problem and after reading the reviews I decided to contact Dryer Vent Wizard - even though their website did not state they serviced downtown Toronto. I am so glad I did. The booking agent informed me that Tyler was in my area on certain days and so an appointment was made.
Tyler was prompt and courteous and phoned ahead to advise he was on his way and provide a time he would arrive. Once here he was able to address the issue I was having and provided a solution that is more than satisfactory. He lives up to the excellent reviews he has received.
