I commissioned Doug to make two sets of VERY simple stairs and after months of waiting for them they showed up too wide, with mixed up stringers and visible screws holding them together.
Worst stairs I have ever seen, and most unprofessional mistakes I have ever seen.
He was even given CNC cut templates to make the stairs and still managed to do everything wrong. Too wide, stringers mixed up, incorrect rise/run, visible screws, etc, etc.
Then he tried to hack them up onsite and reinstall them. The amount of damage done to my floors and walls was unbelievable. No attempt to protect anything.
He ended up taking them away and said he would fix them and bring them back. Many months later he has promised over and over he is working on them, and made several dates to install but never showed up. Now he's not answering phone calls.
My $1200 deposit is officially MIA and now I'm looking for another stair company.
"Quality Stairs and Railings" couldn't be further from the truth.
Do not trust this company, with anything, ever. Run away!
