HVAC thermostat that wasn’t getting power

Frank came today to help with our HVAC thermostat that wasn’t getting power. After inspecting the thermostat and our furnace he recommended getting a new furnace. Our furnace is about 40 years old and definitely needed to be replaced! He didn’t make me feel pressured into replacing but just shared what he found and gave me options on what we could do. He was very nice and explained everything and made me feel comfortable in making the right decision on having our furnace replaced! Thanks again Frank! I appreciate all your help and keeping my boys and myself warm in these cold temps!
