Cam and crew from I Heart heating have replaced and serviced boilers for us in 2 different homes. They return calls and address concerns quickly and they have up to date and thorough knowledge of hot water heating issues. You can expect the work to be done in an efficient, tidy manner. Go with the small company and you will get the personal service and not be left in the cold.

I had two radiators with issues. One with a leak and the other withan air lock in the basement. The service was fast, efficient and they were all very polite and professional. Cam, his brother Scott and Mark did an excellent job, especially with the radiator in the basement which hasn't been heating up for about 5 years. I couldn't get anyone to do it without having to fork out a small fortune. They had the brilliant idea of running new copper pipes to it instead of pulling out the ceiling to try and find the existing pipes. This saved time and they put valves on it so I can regulate the heat into the basement or the rest of the house. Their prices were the best that I have found. I have been a home owner for over 25 years and have had many workmen in for various jobs. I would highly recommend this company. I am truly satisfied with their service.

Cam has serviced our heating system (boiler) a couple of times over the years. He also installed a completely separate radiant system in our garage. In both capacities, he has always delivered on time and budget with great result - and has been a joy to work with.

We hired Cam and his team to help build our dream home near High Park. All of our heating and cooling was designed, installed or organized by I Heart Heating. We went from an inefficient and wasteful traditional setup to a state-of-the-art, economical and modern heating and cooling system.

I Heart Heating installed radiant floor heating throughout the entire house - the floors look amazing (polished concrete), are toasty warm in the winter and our heating bills are a fraction of what they used to be. The entire in-floor heating system (and our hot water) runs off of a natural gas powered boiler, and each floor is controlled by a separate thermostat.

They also worked with Climate Experts to install a forced air system. It's mainly for cooling, but it also kicks in if the radiant heat system can't get the house up to temperature quickly in the event of a sharp drop in temperature. Like the heating system, each zone can be set separately. Last summer was brutally hot, but our house was comfortable and cool.

As part of the system, I Heart Heating also installed an ecobee thermostat that can be managed using an app on my smartphone. It allows us to monitor the temperature of the house even if we aren't home, which is fantastic. It even checks the weather outside and adjusts its settings accordingly.

In addition to looking after all of our heating and cooling needs, Cam's team also hooked up our natural gas BBQ (no more propane tanks) and our backup generator (we'll have warm floors and a comfortable house even if the power goes out).

Building a new home isn't exactly stress free, but I Heart Heating took the guesswork out of a huge portion of the process. Highly recommended.

We had a leaky radiator supply valve and I called Cam to see if he could come for a visit as I was concerned it was going to cause problems for me. I called him and he gave me advice over the phone to simply tighten the lug nut. I followed his advice and it totally worked! I greatly appreciate him offering this free advice. I'll definitely be keeping his number on my phone in case anything more serious comes up. Thanks, Cam!

10 stars for Cam. He has helped us on several occasions when our furnace stopped working. (And he provided much-needed advice during the power outage last December; including advice on a new thermostat.) He replaced valves that were broken and has replaced the expansion tank. He has always gone out of his way to be available when the problems occurred, always explained what the problem was, and stayed until things were fixed (including one very late-night experience). He also provided me with a work-around while we were waiting for the right parts to be available in Toronto. Over the forty-odd years we've had this house we've had lots of experience with heating contractors and I would now always go with Cam.

My system was slowing down as it needed to be flushed - and this occurred during the middle of last winter's coldest weather.

I contacted Cam Giroux and he was able to fit me in - the actual operation was fairly simple and straightforward (for a professional, not me !). In the event, Cam showed up on time - he was always accessible by phone - and the job was done quickly.

By using my free labour - and his expertise - Cam fixed a problem and so enabled the system to work at peak efficiency.

During the demo of our old kitchen we found two boiler water pipes sticking out of the floor and I needed them removed before my new kitchen cabinets could be installed. After months of waiting the kitchen people were scheduled to come in the next day, so I was in a panicking. I luckily stumbled on Cam company using the HomeStars site so I gave him a call. Cam already had a job scheduled that day but agreed to help me last minute. Not only did a great job removing the old water pipes he also fixed a towel rack boiler that has never worked since me moved into the house. We now have heat in our upstairs bathroom that we never thought we would have. Cam did a great job and I would highly recommend him

If you have a hydronic boiler heating system, we highly recommend I heart heating. We initially hired I heart heating for the boiler that heats our pool and driveway system and then had Cam Giroux come back to our place to look at our radiant floor heating system. He has improved efficiencies, and made preemptive fixes to reduce the chances of future problems. On his last visit he added a glycol reserve for our outdoor boiler system, replaced a broken pump and topped up the glycol. I heart heating is a reliable, honest company whom we completely trust to look after our hydronic heating systems.
