We believe in supporting small businesses as we are one. Working with this small business started great and the service was good. But this recent transaction when we rented a bin for a construction site (at commercial building), before the bin was full and without being contacted the bin was being removed from the site. When the driver was approached and asked to leave the bin as we have not completed the use of the bin, the person responded very rudely. Furthermore he said he was the owner and had called on Friday our office spoke to our office manager to remove the bin. Well that was absolutely untrue as our office manager confirmed. I mentioned that even if City Wide Bin wanted/needed the bin they should be professional and ask the customer know and communicate with. He was extremely rude and just took the bin. I must note that we had paid via business credit card upon ordering the bin. It's such a disappointment when there is a lack of communication and respect for the fee already charged and service incomplete. Even if there were some sort of mixed up at City Wide Bin, there was no need for rudeness and how it was handed. Very disappointed. The worst part was the driver said he was the owner and knowing that now that he is the owner he should have really handled like a professional business owner. We will not be using their services any longer.
