Disappointing experience.
The price of the stove was better than any other retailer I could find (saved ~$200) but the customer service was horrible - and ultimately I wouldn't recommend them.
I knew the exact make & model I wanted so it should've been a straightforward deal, but support & follow up was poor. I had to call weekly to get updates on the product availability, I had to phone multiple times to schedule & confirm delivery, and most of the reps I dealt with over the phone were quite rude.
The delivery itself was smooth, but the hassle ahead of it was not worth it.
