Master Carpet Cleaning

A glass of red wine was accidentally spilled on our white wool area rug. We tried a few approaches to remove the stains and ended up making the situation worse in that we spread the soiled area beyond the wine spillage and created areas of yellow stain on the rug that covered a significant portion of the rug. I looked into HomeStars and found a highly rated carpet cleaner but they did not clean area rugs. They suggested I call Master Carpet Cleaning. I am very pleased that I did.
I was sceptical that our rug could be restored to its former condition. I spoke to Behrouz to explain what happened and wanted to get his opinion. He came to our house to assess the damage. He said he believed that that the wine stains would come out and that it was likely that the yellow stained areas could be removed slowly. I was a little worried and wanted to get an update. Behrouz got back to me shortly and provided a photo of what it looked like. I could see that the wine spots were gone but there was still a hint of yellow from our attempt in dealing with the wine spillage. When the cleaning and spot removal was completed, I was very pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend Master Carpet and Behrouz. He is knowledgeable and provides quality customer-service.
