We had to replace our gas range after 20 years and decided to buy a high end appliance to get us through the next 20 years. We chose Appliance Evolution because they had the expertise to determine if we needed to change to a higher capacity gas line and also to ensure a smooth installation of our expensive new range. Another installer had told us we would need to upgrade the gas line to 3/4" but Lance from Appliance Evolution assured us we were ok saving us a lot of money. The range delivery was delayed and when it arrived in the dealer's warehouse they delivered it that same day. Lance was able to come out in less than 24 hours to install the range which was important since we couldn't cook until it was installed. Ben was able to adjust the gas line to allow us to push the range all the back since the new range had different dimensions (it took some considerable effort!) and adjustments were made to the countertop to allow easy insertion of the range without damaging the the range or countertop. We are so happy we chose Appliance Evolution to take care of our new range!

Our home reno ended up having an unpredictable schedule, and we ended up needing to move in and have our dishwasher and range hood installed into our custom kitchen on short notice. Our contractor recommended Lance, and sure enough we got an appointment right away, a few days after Christmas.

Three employees showed up on time, and installed everything in two hours, no fuss no muss. The workers were pleasant, Lance was easy to deal with and everything looks and works great. Would definitely use these guys again in the future.

Having bought a Fhiaba refrigerator, the kitchen cabinetry company had trouble completing the panels for the fridge & freezer, as they had never dealt with this brand. After much back and forth with the cabinetry company and several visits from Lance & Team at Appliance Evolution, Lance took charge and provided the detailed instruction on what was required for the panels to be able to be properly mounted. Fourth time was a charm and the kitchen looks great. Special credit to Lance and his team for helping direct this to a successful conclusion. We ran into a problem installing a new microwave and the guys from Appliance Evolution had it all done in no time and to our total satisfaction. They will do any type of appliance installation, come when they say they would and do it all with a minimum amount of fuss. Excellent service.
