From the beginning of the process their staff was very helpful at providing a comprehensive estimate and detailing all the options we had for upgrading our current systems. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision, and where continuously told to make the decision that best fit our needs.
The installation team was very professional and made sure we where comfortable with the placement of all new items. They also too great care to ensure the home was not damaged through out the process.
The follow-up after install was very prompt with details on how to obtain service if required, and easy ways to find out more information on warranties and other services which we where entitled to.
