We have been with John VanDerHeyden and his company Reliable Home Environment since 2009 when we had our furnace and air conditioner replace under the government Cool Savings Rebate Program. John and his team have been providing excellent service over the years.
Yesterday our hot water tank began to leak while we were out. When we arrived home the basement had a couple of inches of water on the floor.
I did not know where to turn. I called John after hours and within a few minutes he called me bank with the make and model and inventory number of water tank available at a local supplier. I picked it up last night. John had to rearrange to have one of his employees, Daryl Doxsee arrive first thing in the morning to install the hot water tank. Once the hot water tank was installed John and Daryl had to rush off to catch up on his commitments for the day.
We would highly recommend John VanDerHeyden and his team not just for their expertise but as friends we can rely on for commitment to service to their customers.
