I called Reliable on a Friday around 6:00 PM, to my surprise and delight, John answered. I wanted a technician to come inspect my furnace and give me a second opinion. My furnace had been red-tagged by a competitor. An appointment was made for 7:30 Monday morning. Jordan arrived on time, inspected my furnace, explained his findings and answered my questions in a professional manner. As a result, I have switched my service plan to Reliable Home Environment and will be buying a furnace from them in due time. Great consumer experience.

Unfortunately, this time of year can lead to some bad diagnostics and bad advice from our competition. We do not give our technicians an incentive to sell you a new system.
