Everyone I encountered was professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and loved their job. Jordan, Jeremy and Paul removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace and thoroughly cleaned up the area before leaving. They also explained to me how the new furnace works and how to program the thermostat.
