Current furnace contractor recommends i buy a new furnace. I call lennox dealer and he comes to our house with a technician and spends 2+ hours checking the furnace... test after test revealed a new furnace was NOT required. saving me $4,000
Excellent service, excellent technician and excellent focus on the customer.
And there was no charge for the service call or service work.
Needless to say i immediately cancelled my existing service contract and moved to Reliable Home Improvement.
