I contacted Mark over the phone regarding the work he came to my home look at the problem and provided me with a cost estimate for the repair. Once we agreed on the price, he contacted Toronto Hydro and made all the effort to have the work scheduled ASAP. The day of the work he and his crew came, and right away started working on the repair. They were very professional in his work, worked fast and efficiently. They took the time to discuss with me any question that I have. I think, the quality of the work done was excellent and if I have any other electric problem in the future I will not hesitate and will call Mark again.

Mark Burton is superbly knowledgeable & efficient. He comes on time, does his thing & ensures all the official stamps & OKs with the authorities are 100% in place - essential!! He's my electric guy, with no hesitation. One of the best around without a doubt.

For some reason, my house had no porch light and it was difficult to find the key hole in the dark. I wanted a porch light and an outlet so I could also have Christmas lights or vacuum my car in the driveway. I called several electricians and I was impressed with Burton Electric because they understood what I needed and didn't try and sell me something I didn't want or need. They gave me a detailed quote and I also liked that I was getting a certificate from the ESA for the work being done. I heard that it was a good idea to get a certificate from Holmes Makes it Right. Burton was the only one to offer it. The work was done on time and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. The only thing that I didn't anticipate and no one could, was the kind of insulation I had inside the wall in my foyer that had to be drilled and Burton had to make a long gash in the wall that I needed repaired afterwards, but we didn't know until a hole was initially made. I would use them again because they're licensed and they know what they're doing.

Mark and crew did a great job replacing the mast and wires. Great attitude, on time, explained everything and completely honest. When a problem came up it was dealt with promptly and all work was expertly done . Thanks Burton Electric.

We needed electrical for a swim spa install. Found Mark Burton and crew in the local paper. Mark came right by and examined the space. We knew our panel needed replacement and that the service would probably need to be upgraded.
We were under a tight deadline and Mark met that deadline for us. He and his crew are professional and pleasant to deal with.
We felt so good about them, we had them do several little jobs around the house. I would definitely recommend this company.
