Everyone is friendly and helpful. The gentlemen doing the cleaning were very curtious . We bought a condo with old carpets that were stained. We were told in advance some stains wouldnt come out & we understood that. However I didnt expect them to come with a machine that used hot tap water. The rugs were left saturated and took more than 24 hrs to dry with fans and heaters blowing on them. I was disappointed more water was not extracted from the carpets. After the carpets dried we used a brush and a can of car upholstery cleaner and got up some stains they left behind. I think had I been told of the method used for apartments I would not have hired them.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the results of our Carpet Cleaning service, we try our best to remove as many stains as possible with our Standard Steam Cleaning service, however, sometimes stains can be quite stubborn and in those cases our technicians typically offer some of our premium services/products, such as Rotary Scrubbing the carpets, which can help to remove tougher stains. Of course, these recommendations are optional and up to your clients if they would like to purchase the additional service onsite. Carpets typically take about 24 hours to dry after a cleaning. The drying time for carpets could vary depending on many factors such as the humidity levels in the home, if you had any finishing products (Disinfectant, Stain Guard, etc.) sprayed on the carpets after the cleaning, and airflow, to mention a few. Using fans to help the carpets dry definitely helps! We advise against using heaters on the carpets as the heat tends to trap the humidity in the room and extend the drying time, instead, we recommend you keep the temperature as cool as possible as this too will help the carpets dry quicker! Nevertheless, our services are backed by our Written Guarantee which entitles you to a second visit, within 14 days after your service date, at no additional cost to address any concerns you may have with the results.
