Very knowledgeable and professional. Took pictures of inside the vents before and after. No big hoses coming into the house. Just one super vacuum that does everything. Price varies depending what you want done. They are not pushy at all. Gives you choices and various prices. We also had our vents disinfected. I would recommend this company to everyone.
