Kyle came out to look at our broken a/c unit. He told us the problem and offered us several options. As the broken unit was very old we decided to install a new Lenox a/c unit. Kyle was very helpful in arranging for a date 2 weeks later to install the new unit.
Shortly after we decided to replace our aging furnace at the same time.
Yesterday, after a call to let us know they were on the way, the crew (Steve, Jordan & Drew) arrived at 8:30 am and set to work.
By 2 pm all the new units, including a new humidifier and 2 carbon monoxide detectors, were installed and working. They made a great job of installing new drainage and vent pipes around the furnace. We were given a tour and explanation of all the work performed as well as a demonstration of how to work the a/c unit, humidifier and new digital control pad.
Before leaving they did a great job of cleaning up all the debris both inside and out leaving everything clean.
We would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.
