Call back to replace fence board
The original work done was good, however, there was a fence board that changed colour. Contacted Pratema in June 2017 to have the board replaced as there is a one year warranty on the fence. It is now October and still waiting to have the board replaced.

Thanks for taking the time to write your review about First Choice Fence. After installation, it is impossible to know how the weather may effect the boards you refer to in your previous email. This is why we cannot replace under our warranty, however we did let you know that we would replace the boards at no cost anyways. We will be able to come out next week to complete if you are available. Please contact me directly so we can resolve this issue !
