Incredible attention to detail with a client-centric team that executes to a very high standard of work. Mark and his team did two rounds of renos for us. The team actually allowed us to 'enjoy' our renovation process. Professional and thoughtful execution from start to finish.

Two years ago, we had a roof leak, which caused major damage to our walk-in closet and down into the first floor mudroom closet in our new house. The builder came in to fix the roof and tore everything out of our mudroom - the crown mouldings, closets and the ceilings .. and then left with the job half-done. Timber Wolf had been doing work in two of our friends' homes, and they were very pleased, so we decided to call them to finish our half-done job. From the beginning, they were fantastic and trust me - from the experience of building our own home, we know good contractors and tradespeople from the bad ones. Mark from Timber Wolf came in, and gave us an honest assessment and a fair quote (and once we saw the quality of their work, we added more work to be done around the house!) They arranged everything, and kept us in the loop as to when the work would be done, when ordered parts had arrived and when they would be back to finish. All of the work was done very professionally and the guys were friendly and always kept the worksites clean. We were very pleased and would hire them again, and recommend them without hesitation. When I was asked to review Timber Wolf I did not hesitate. We have worked 3 separate times with Timber Wolf since 2008. The latest project involved a bungalow tear-down we purchased in East York and hired Timber Wolf to design and build our dream home. I still get excited pulling up the driveway…beyond expectations!

The project was completed before the deadline and only went over the original budget due to our add-ons. After 2 years we've not had one single issue unless you count the raccoons digging our sod at night.

We showed Mark (the owner of Timber Wolf) a few pictures of homes we liked in different neighbourhoods and he managed to combine the highlights from each house into our custom dream home. Mark, is an extremely knowledgeable and committed individual whose first priority is customer service, closely followed by high quality workmanship, honesty and transparency. Mark is an amazing house designer, but his project management and leadership skills are truly what made this experience a delight.

Timber Wolf and their sub-trades are highly professional and talented craftsmen.

We had to do a complete bathroom reno which the finish project was lovely but the communication with the PM could have been better. All in all - job well done
