I can sum up my experience with Rigid Frame in one word - exceptional. When we discovered we had unexplained cracks in the bricks of our home, Rigid Frame took the time to complete engineering studies to understand the problem, then patiently worked with us to identify a solution that would fit our needs and budget.

Once a plan was in place, they handled every aspect of ensuring the right permits were in place and that work was carried out according to the plan and schedule. We were amazed by their quick progress and the quality of the workmanship. Throughout the entire process they were patient, communicative, and provided top-level customer service. We love the changes to our home and would work with them again anytime. Highly recommended!

Architectural drawings and general contracting

Rigid frame was great at assessing some structural issues with our house and putting together a plan to address them. They were patient and communicative throughout the project and we very flexible when unexpected changes occured. The team was very professional and worked quickly. Would recommend if you have serious issues with an older house and want it addressed.

Underpinning, extension design and many more for an old house

Home Additions review in Toronto

Rigid Frame is an exceptional Architectural and structural company among the other Companies in GTA.
We bought a new 1950s house in downtown Toronto which required a full renovation. We needed to open up many areas and underpinning and extension design was also part of our main design. Pezhman and Arvin who both are professionals in Architectural and structural design provided us with different layouts and designs and guided us through every step of getting the permit from the City. We received the permit a couple of weeks ago and moving ahead with their sister construction company Rigid Frame Builders as their price was reasonable in comparison with other construction companies out there. Very satisfied and excited to see our dream home being built by Rigid Frame. We need to mention the construction crew is very well-trained and organized. Thank you, Rigid Frame, for your patience with us and the quality jpb.

They promptly fixed the issue

The quality of their drawings are great

Strongly recommended

The repair is well done and thorough they are very knowledgeable and did a proper job to last. They explained everything they were doing. We did not explicitly discuss the increase in price to the quote which is the only reason I didnt give full stars. Strongly recommended.
