Home addition drawing and permits in East York
Rigid Frame did the architectural and engineering drawings for our building permits. They designed our bedroom addition with ensuite bathroom according to our vision and provided excellent advice. They were responsive to our feedback and answered all of our questions. They were able to design it to avoid the need to go to committee of adjustment and the permits were issued quickly with no changes requested by the city. Given our positive experience, we elected to proceed with their building company to construct our addition. I will update the review after the construction.
