Architectural and Structural Permit Drawings For Home Interior Reno
We hired Rigid Frame Structural to assess a sagging structural beam from a previous kitchen renovation. Pezhman and Arvin were able to use construction photos and floor plans from our kitchen renovation to minimize opening up walls and further disruption during their site visit.
They prepared architectural and structural permit drawings and took care of the permit submissions for us. Even though the process started before the Christmas holidays, we received our permit within 2 months of their initial site visit.

Their application process compare to other cities like Toronto is more time consuming even though we completed the drawings and submitted in less than 2 weeks.
