I needed a structural engineer to advise on how I could safely remove the ceiling rafter ties/joists in my residential garage to gain additional height for an automotive lift.

After the initial phone consultation and fee structure was explained, Pezhman and Arvin personally made a site visit and performed an extremely thorough inspection of the existing structure, took detailed measurements, pictures, etc. and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the design. They do not use sub-contractors to take measurements like some other firms which was very important for me. They also went above and beyond to point out other areas of the structure that would need some minor enhancements to meet the latest building code requirements.

The team was always reachable and produced an excellent design for me. The drawings were provided on time and the level of detail is just incredible. I am very pleased with the service and entire process. I look forward to working with them again during the construction phase of my project.
