AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE!!
I purchased leather (bounded) Sofa and loveset from this store. At first visit sales guy (family member) said that delivery is included and you can purchase any leather color from sample. All sofa's are custom made. At time of ordering, asked for separate delivery charge and make every effort to sale Chocolate (may be ready made) colored sofa. After accepting order, in few days received phone call with every excuse to sale same (chocolate) sofa again but when insist to cancel order if requeste (burgandy) sofa can not be made. Finally received sofa with burgandy color.
Delivery guys were so rude and even after request did not removed dirty shoes or not bother to put booty on shoes, that left dirt mark on carpet. When asked to remove packaging, asked me to give me knife. Just cut plastic wrapping and left without moving sofa's to remove it. Not to mentioned that sofa delivered with just plastic (no box) and delivery person did not collect packaging.
Even within 1-2 months, sofa became soft and feels like sunkin inside. There are couple spots where you can see staples and not finished properly. When asked, there is no response and I do not expect that they would come to fix them as I gave up on that.
I will never every buy anything from this store. You may find comparable product at comparable price and better to avoid this store.
