overall an acceptable outcome with a few glitches along the way. project manager was very good. designer did a good job and was innovative. some sub trades were a little rushed and work had to be corrected.

After 20 years of tolerating a builder's kitchen, we bit the bullet and went all out for a complete kitchen reno. We had a general contractor for the main work, bought all our appliances at Tasco Appliances, and asked Roma to design us a new kitchen configuration. Max, their designer, did a wonderful job, taking us through all the design issues and created a wonderful new kitchen for us. He prepared detailed plans in both 2D and 3D format which gave us an excellent preview of the job. He was there all the way, attending numerous times to examine the progress (something our general contractor couldn't believe), fixing the small issues and ensuring we were happy. Their subtrade installers were also fantastic. Neatess contractors (in terms of clean-up) we have ever experienced. We are extremely happy. Highly recommended.

We had searched out many other kitchen contractors before we made our decision to use Roma Kitchens. We enjoyed Mario's approach in explaining and laying everything out visually for us. He was considerate and took his time and not pushy at all. His team was excellent and special recognition goes out to Max for his patience and understanding. It took approximately 7 weeks to complete and we were thrilled with our new kitchen. It was literally a complete transformation. I would recommend Roma to anyone as it is one company who stands behind their customer and is ready to help anytime before and after the job is complete. I would recommend you try them and you will not be disappointed. Their workmanship is superior and everyone I met was courteous, and polite. A great company out there that needs to be applauded for their excellent service. Thanks again to Mario as he was a pleasure to work with.

The owner personally came to quote on doing the en suite bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. It was a nice touch that he wanted us to come back to the showroom in order to "present" the quote. Very impressive workmanship and attention to all detail.
