Rock Bottom are the wizards of underpinning. Their work is impeccable, and their work ethics are admirable. We sneaked in every day after they were gone in the basement... We were consistently impressed by the steady progress they made and how organized they left their tools and machinery. All the phases were executed either on time or ahead of schedule. Imagine that!
We had a few surprises along the way... Jamie and Sergio responded promptly and were able to resolve them seamlessly and without impacting the end result or the project timeline.
Most importantly, they were right on the planned budget, there were no cost overruns, we paid for what was quoted exactly. Imagine that!
