An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
On the morning of Saturday, February 15th I called Restoration1, a company I found on the internet, because I had a serious flood in my basement. My call was answered promptly by Mr. George Chibani who assured me he would arrive within half an hour, which he did. He looked over the situation and quickly ascertained the cause of the flood. He went to work immediately and worked until about 7:30 to ensure that the basement carpets and walls were drying and the leak was contained. He arrived back this morning at 9:30 a.m., as he had promised, and continued to work on the drywall in the garage. He provided me with boxes and packing tape for my books etc.
I have been very happy with the prompt, professional service of Mr. Chibani. He took control of a potentially stressful situation and made the best of it. I would happily recommend Restoration 1 to another homeowner.
