Joan's Paint and Papering

I contacted this business to get a wall mural done. She first promised a Wednesday, then promised the next Monday then she supposedly hit a deer. Now she is just too busy. She is not an honest person. Don’t hire this one.

Joan confirmed she had done quite a few ceiling installs and took on the job, it seemed good a first but after a few days it started coming off at the seams after a few calls she came back for a quick fix but the issue is still ongoing in other places and after days of trying to communicate with her cannot get a reply from many texts and voice mails
