Mitchel at Encore was a great help for all my questions. His expert technical knowledge is vast and he explained it in a way that made sense to me (my first tile job). He helped me locate parts for my project very fast and cheaper than other shops were quoting me. I also contacted him down the road for additional trouble shooting. All in all a very trustworthy store and friendly, helpful staff. I would gladly return for all my future needs
