Had some mistakes, but completely rectified and handled the situation(s) with diplomacy and agreed on the solution. Took a little longer than I had anticipated, but I did say we were not in a rush. Would hire again.

Workmanship was shotty - initially while the people were actually coming to my house and "working" and I brought up areas that needed improvement, it was fixed at first. They claimed the house was pressure washed but I could see no evidence of that. Didn't show up when they said they would. I pointed things out that were not done properly - only some were fixed and only at the beginning. The job is still not completed (almost 2 months later) and he will not return any of my messages. We paid a lot of money and did not get what we paid for. Claims of full prep work - not done, claims of a good and properly done job - Not done. Claims of 2 coats of paint - don't see how. Do not hire. Starts out charming but will blow you off if you aren't tolerable to consistently poor workmanship.
He did brake a window and replaced the pane. Thank you. They did brake one of my planters, not a big deal. They left nails and debris all over my property - not cool, but I was understanding. Painted my windows shut. I was very patient and understanding regarding all the things that were not done or done poorly until I was told that he would come and fix things and did not show up and did not call, I called the following week. At that point, my patience was lost. He came once more (I was not home but my husband was) and left quite hastily with out doing a walk thru - the job is still not completed and he won't return my messages. The photos are taken after the last time he "visited"
