After sales service and support terrible
Purchased 6 appliances, and sales staff were a treat to deal with. That was a great experience and we felt good after purchase.
Then came delays, and weird experiences trying to arrange payment and delivery. Slow or non existent responses, many of which didn't even answer the questions asked.
We did finally get all the appliances, and had them installed.
After a few uses, our Davor wall over showed poor enamel coverage that was damaged, rippled and peeling. Right down to bare metal, on both the bottom and back of the inside of the oven.
Neither Dacor nor best brand would take responsibility for this, and both shrugged me off. Almost 6k for the wall oven, and it's basically garbage now. A few months old, no support, no service, no help. Not even an "deal" on a new one. It's taken me some time to even be able to write this review, as I've been too upset and angry.
So maybe be careful of the excellent sales staff....since theres nothing else Best Brand offers after that. And stay
away from Dacor appliances. 100 percent would not recommend

Hello Elizabeth, I understand its frustrating and customer would like to blame the company for the product shortages and hardship clients have had, I can assure you that all appliance companies have the exact same issue including the competitor you spoke about below, we are all doing our best to get products in for the clients who ordered during the last few years, I think its clearly now known there is product shortages and delays from all suppliers across the board and that means all dealers have the issues you spoke about.
