Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The office staff responded quickly to questions about the job. The installer was very knowledgeable, and worked efficiently and left the worksite completely clean. I also appreciate that the installer took the old columns away with him. I am very pleased with the company.

I very happy to have found my "go to" company for all my trimwork. I've purchased their 7" and 5" crown, chair rail and trim to wainscot my house. I will definitely use them for the baseboards, casings and post covers now I'm finishing the basement. Superior product at a great value.

I used the PVC Beaboard Kit for my kitchen backsplash project and was so easy to install and looks absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this product and Elite Trimworks customer service was excellent.

Purchased two columns needed 8' received 6' I didn't check my invoice.
They told me that 6' is a specialty item no return. Canadian BBB and my credit card company helped me resolve the issue. It took 2 months and a lot of heartache to get some of my money back.

Our company ordered one of their PVC wrap columns for a project we had. Ordering online was easy, and the online chat feature was great for answering real time questions. Customer Service correspondence once ordered was great and was told our lead time to receive our order was 1-2 weeks and the order came in less then a week.
Quality of the product was great and easy to put together. We will definitely be ordering again.

We ordered some wainscotting, have not installed it yet but customer service has been great and it was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape!.

I took on the task to finish my basement myself, ugh, I ordered 1 lally column cover, and it cam out great no complaints at all! Just follow the directions, everything is supplied in the box, including the glue. Once the glue is dry the column is completely secure and solid. I'm very happy with it.
