They don't know the value of time or money. The sales person was very nice when he wanted to sell however once the sale was done, there was no response for days!!! Delivery was scheduled but we didn't get a confirmation until the night before (on a weekday). We requested to re-scheduled to a weekend. Finally on a Friday at 9pm they confirmed delivery for next day. Delivery guys showed up at 7pm!!! They DON'T CARE about you or your furniture or your home. The delivery was missing items!!! When called the store about missing items; no one knew about it. Anyways, the delivery guys dropped off whatever they brought with them...left a ton of GARBAGE at my doorstep and left a few dings in my new furniture.

MISSING ITEMS: The store wouldn't answer the phone for a few days then scheduled delivery for the missing items. NO ONE SHOWED UP! I went to the store to complain (since they don't answer your call once they see # via caller ID). The guy re-scheduled but again no delivery. I had to go back to store and finally THREE WEEKS after they delivered the missing item.

I would have to say this was my worst experience ever. They are UNRELIABLE and IGNORE you once they have your money! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!!

We bought an Ashley bedroom set, Ashley durablend sofa set and a wooden pub style dining set from them a yr back. The shopping experience was okay and we got delivery on time but the delivery people were very rude and ill mannered. They did not care taking their shoes off before coming into our brand new carpeted home (beige color) and it was rain/snow/muddy outside and didnt care abt the marks they made on our carpet n did not even apologize.....will never ever buy anything from there as it was a horrible experience and the ruined our new carpet.

Although we were able to snag a deal at the store, everything they delivered was damaged and not assembled, which we were told they would come assembled. When we opened up the boxes, all the pieces were dented, chipped and just plain dented. The chairs weren't even balanced after we put them together! We asked them to put it together for us and they were unable to do so either but refused to replace any of them. I would not purchase from them again.

Worst customer service ever, zero professionalism. Purchased a dining set, delivery was changed 3 times, wrong set was delivered, within a week, set had defects, had to chase store owners for weeks to get it replaced. Contacted head office to file complaint, no reponse.
