Randy was great to deal with in installing 2 toilets. Honest, efficient and incredibly helpful. Answered alot of my questions about various other parts of the house. Would definitely recommend him and use him again!

Randy is great, we would gladly recommend him to anyone. He helped us with various parts of our kitchen and bathroom renovations, including installing our tub, dishwasher, and sink. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, he is always on time, he made the experience stress free and easy. He is also very hard working, the first time he came to do some work on our kitchen he had to remove a cabinet unexpectedly and he went right to work without a complaint at a great price. He also came out on the weekend to hook up our kitchen sink so we would not have to wait. I really can't say enough good things, we are so happy to have found Randy, would give more stars if I could. Randy developed creative solutions to my drain and vent challenges and efficiently completed the rough in for the bath. Having watched him work he will be my first call next time I need a plumber! On time on budget and good quality.

Called Probitas out of the blue when a DIY leaky bathtub faucet repair turned a lot more complicated due to the age of the parts and inability to find replacements. Called Randy and he was there a couple of hours later (as soon as he was available). Turned out we had to replace the whole valve assembly and associated parts. Also had him install a couple of shutoff valves while he was here. Very professional and courteous. Quality workmanship at very reasonable rates. I would gladly recommend him to friends and neighbors.
