TLDR: nice people who offer prompt quality work, with clear upfront advice and quotes.
Initially the owner, Nate, came to inspect our old furnace when it was acting up. It was beyond its expected life so we were prepared and expecting a need to replace. He took a good look and gave us the options on how we could go about repair or possibly replacing, and explained concisely why he thought replacing made more sense. Old furnace was a piece of junk so we opted to replace, it was easy to agree with him as replacement was really the only thing that made sense at this point, but he never pressured for us to go with a replacement, just explained why a replace made more sense (it did).
Walked us through options for furnace, humidifier, thermostat etc. The quote was easy to understand and clear, and they take the price of the initial inspection off the end quote for installs. For the actual install our technician was Kristian, along with Nate also being present. They showed up on time, and not early which I personally really appreciate, and the work was done when they said it would be done, and the final cost was what they said it would be. Kristian walked me through how everything works, gave me a rundown on the digital thermostat, expected maintenance needs, how to change filter, etc.
A factor which I think is important to mention is that I felt comfortable having them in my home, and they were personable. They didn't talk down to me or get too technical, but at the same time made it easy to understand what and why they were doing what they were doing. The amount of information provided was always spot on.
Furnace is working great, what a difference from the old one.

You are correct though that it typically makes the most sense to replace old and dated furnaces that in the end, typically end up costing you more money to fix as well as more money to run because they are not energy efficient like new units are now.
Our install crew is such an incredible group who make sure they take their time to do the job right the first time and they also enjoy the interaction with our customers at the end to walk them through all the important steps so that when they leave, you feel confident on how and why your system works. If any questions come to mind we are also only a phone call away!
Your last paragraph mentioning the most important part is that you felt comfortable having us in your home means the most to us Ben! Having our customers put there trust in us is the greatest compliment you can give so thank you for mentioning that!
