We have an older home (1980) with the original furnace that we wanted to add AC to. Nate came out last November to give us a quote and was very honest about the situation. He told us that you can't add AC to a 42 year old furnace and listed the reasons why. We then discussed what a new furnace and AC system could look like and Nate walked us through every single component and why he was choosing the model he did.
When his team came out in March, he was present to get his team setup and explained to us exactly what they were going to do. Even though it was cold that week, he ensured we had a working furnace (new or old) before they left each night. In fact the first night, a short in the original wiring caused disabled the thermostat. I called and Kristian came right out and fixed it. I found Distinct's team of Kristian and Aiden to be professional, super organized and thorough. The job they did was amazing, it's a shame the furnace is tucked away in the basement where no one can see it!
Even though the quote we received was in November, in this age of supply shortages and price increases, we didn't pay a penny more. We highly recommend Distinct!
