I called Aaron after viewing his ad in Craigslist. I asked him about switching my track lights in my small kitchen over to pot lights. He was friendly and welcoming on the phone. It took a few weeks to organize the job between our schedules, but he and his 2 employees arrived on time. We discussed the job together before the work started. He supplied all the lights etc. His journeyman and apprentice took over. I appreciated that they DID NOT cut through my ceiling to adjoin the lights (which saved me money patching my ceiling and re-painting). They asked for me to see the progress before moving on to the next set. Overall, I was super pleased. I will call Silverback the next time I need any electrical service in my townhouse. I would highly recommend this company. The guys cleaned up after the job which is much appreciated. Aaron also came by to install some dimmer switches for me a few weeks later. All in all- I am so happy that job is done. My kitchen looks updated and wonderful!
