This review is long overdue, as Alexander completed our kitchen renovation in November of 2015, and he's even now completed our neighbour's kitchen as well! (Yes, I recommended him already!)
Hire this man. I'm telling you, he's the best money you will spend on your IKEA kitchen.
He first came out to measure and design our kitchen for us, spent 3 hours total, went over all aspects of the design that we wanted/needed, and that he suggested and did NOT suggest. He had a plan back to us within a week, and once we agreed to it, he added on all the little extra pieces to the IKEA program that I would NEVER EVER have thought to add. Thank GOODNESS we hired Alexander for this job!
There was then a month or so between then and when we were able to have him back to install everything (other contractors handled demo, electrical, plumbing and a new floor). He and his one crew member worked absolutely tirelessly from morning-to-night to finish our kitchen perfectly (3 days total). Alexander even creatively figured out a strange corner problem we were having and he raised all the counters to suit our height too. He is a perfectionist and VERY careful with checking levels again and again.
Without any hesitation, I would definitely recommend Alexander to design and install your IKEA kitchen. I just wish he would handle all our other renos, because his attention to detail, honest pricing, and finished product are amazing. Thank you, Alexander!
