Gave verbal & written instructions, plus onsite review. Was told they were Horticulture graduates, yet lacked the devotion & hard work that goes into it.
Weeds growing through my flagstone, stones, either no fabric used or soil on top of fabric.
99% of my shrubs & trees were not even planted below ground, but cleverly disguised with mulch. My new trees still have the burlap & wire cages & 1 tree has already died.
Now I faced with paying someone else to take care of this mess they've created!

We remember this project and you as a customer. This project took place fall of 2015. We are sorry you feel this way and it is disappointing to read such a message. We at LemonTree LOVE what we do and care whole heartedly about our customers and the services we provide. We are dedicated and work hard in Everything we do.
With regards to this bad review...the project was designed and all choices were made by the customer. The plants were placed in an area surrounded by large evergreen trees with hard roots throughout the area. This was made clear to the customer before, during and after. In my professional opinion, the design did not make sense. The stone pathway was originally large patio stones (stones reused at the customers request) after we had spent time installing the patio stones (level, straight with a proper base) we were then told the customer has changed their mind and now wants flagstone. This made things difficult going forward.
Regardless of the issue we wish the customer had contacted us personally, we would be happy to resolve any issue he or she may have.
