We bought our new kitchen countertop from Granstone. We chose engineered quartz. Their price for the countertop and installation was very competitive. The office staff and installers were all pleasant to deal with and very patient with our questions and decision making. The installers did make a mistake during installation. They readily admitted the mistake. We were offered several solutions. The best fix was to remove and replace the countertop along one wall. There was absolutely no pressure to go with a solution that we were not happy with. The countertop looks beautiful and we would recommend Granstone to everyone.

Great buying experience. I am a DIY renovator who does all his own work. Granstone accommodated me by accepting my drawings and building a bespoke bathroom countertop that matched my specifications and expectations. Fabrication was completed quickly and accurately using a CNC machine. Delivery was prompt. Delivery team was top notch and conscientious. The final price was also good. Well done.

We bought a house in Ottawa while we were still living in Toronto and when we arrived, the extent of the renovation ahead of us became clear. As important is the quality of Granstones work. Their stonework is amazing. We chose Quartzite, a beautiful stone, incredibly hardy, but not easy to fabricate. They did an outstanding job not just with the kitchen counters and backsplash, but they also designed and installed our fireplace stone. Its a showstopper!

Granstone has done a beautiful job on our kitchen renovation even during a bad covid year with all the hold ups they managed to get the job done. They provided excellent workmanship and helped us create a beautiful design to upgrade our home.

I cant say enough good things about Granstone and their fabulous team. From the endlessly patient Natalia in sales, to the incredibly focussed Cody who triple checked all his measurements so that on delivery, everything fit perfectly. Our electrician even commented on how perfect the cut outs were for the plugs in the backsplash.
Before installation, Bernardo came by and reinforced the drywall that would be behind the backsplash, and the delivery guys were pros, seamlessly doing a fantastic job. This was a wholly positive experience from start to finish. Thanks Granstone!!
