Guy arrives,does not talk very much, just goes about the work without describing what will be done.
So much needs to be alerted in terms of service and professionalism.
The operator dumped the dust and filth from the bathroom vent into the garbage in tha bathrrom resulting in dust all over the floor since the air conditioning is on. The bathroom needed to be vacuumed, swiffered and steamed.
Left plastic over the vents inthe basement. I pulled them off and dust poured all in my face including eyes.
He moved furniture and did not return to original locations.
Used the bathroon, kept the seat up and left urine on the rim.
I have young children and had to leave the house for several hours in order to air it out.
I called the company and they did not seem to care much after I complained.
Live and learn. Will not recommend even to my enemies.

I do appreciate the feedback and it’s unfortunate that you feel the experience was not up to your expectations. We are a professional company and have been in business for 25 yrs and the duct cleaner is a qualified duct cleaner who has 9 yrs experience.
He has been with our company for 8 yrs and this is the first disturbing complaint about him as he is polite and very courteous, hence the reason for the response when you called as I was speechless. We do care about our customers and the feedback is valuable and sorry you felt that we didn’t care when you called in .we always strive to do what right by the customer. We will be more than happy to redo the duct cleaning for you at no cost, if you feel it was not done right. The duct cleaner will also show you the infra red camera to show cleanliness of the ducts. He will also be able to advise and discuss the process again. We always contact our customers to discuss the experience.
For safety reasons and to avoid accidents with furniture, it’s up to the customer to move the furniture as was mentioned in the original conversation when booking the call.
