Condor Aluminum & Roofing

He did the work in 2013. When we inspected and found some work not done right, Sam refused to answer my calls or come back. Aluminum, not properly screwed in fell off the house this winter. He answered my wife's call & said he would come,, did not because of broken truck, and he no longer answers calls.

Eaves where replaced by Condor! Workmanship was fine until after the second rain fall! Some of the joints where leaking, no problem! I called Sam at least 20 times to have it fixed! Always replied with promises! Then I asked for a partial refund! He verbelly agreed! I even went to his home residence to no avail... I'm completley exausted from the experience. I'd advise anyone to save themselves the grief and find a reputable company with a LONG track record.

Had a few quotes already when I saw a sign for Condor Aluminum & Roofing down my street at a house they did. Quote was in the middle of the 2 previous quotes I had, but it was the best actual sales pitch. Also asked them to do a small patching job on the roof at the front (visible), they went up there with the colour pack and matched it to a tee so you can't even tell its a patch. End result - very satisfied, would recommended
