I was unable to open my manually operated garage door, and was in a panic because my main water shut-off, my electrical panel and my hot water heater are all in the garage. The technician All Door sent (Steve) was able to get it open and diagnosed the problem right away. All the moving parts were rusted. He came back the next day and fixed the door perfectly. It is now working better than it has in years. Not only that, but he also swept out a large area of my garage and even offered to help me replace some fuses in the electrical panel if I needed it. Steve was courteous, efficient, listened to what I had to say, and really went the extra mile! I would highly recommend him and this company. I felt the price I was quoted was reasonable, given that the job took 2 visits and several hours and all new moving parts had to be installed. I was also pleased that I could pay with my credit card.
