Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

We contracted Chris to repair a large deep stain from a previous owner (plant leak??). Pictured below are before and after photos. Chris is reliable, his extensive knowledge shows and his attention to detail is excellent! Despite the sanding, with his equipment it was virtually a dust free job. Both Chris and his assistant "young Chris" were polite, careful and respectful of our property. Chris's estimate was right on and I would not hesitate to recommend him for such jobs. Well done!!! p.s. This job had been postponed on short notice due to a situation that had come up with our family. Chris did not hesitate to accommodate us with the switch of dates, much appreciated!
