Rafal was incredibly professional, well dressed and very efficient. His work was exactly as quoted and he is well versed in HVAC repair issues. We had an easy rapport, but Rafal is a no-nonsense guy who gets the job done right the first time. He was polite, friendly and replied quickly with his written quote. AC broke down early AUgust - very hot day - got home from work to find my AC not working. Called the insurance company through which my AC unit was insured. They said it is end of day and someone will call me tomorrow - very frustrated. Looked up bluemax and called. Owner was in my house in 40 min. Got to work and had my AC up and running in less than 10min. What was most impressive was he said he is not going to charge me because it was a small fix and he was in the area. VERY IMPRESSED. I tipped him anyways. Very happy to see such customer service still exists. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I called this company for free estimate and owner Rafal showed up without delay.He has given reasonable quote and I have given him contract to replace furnace, humidifier, water heater and air conditioner.On day of installment he came and replace every thing in very professional way with minimum disruption to our daily routine.He has done excellent job. Rafal saved my weekend by coming to fix my AC unit and furnace issues. Unlike other repair guys that charge $$$ just to show up. He came out for free and provided an upfront estimate right away to replace the capacitor on my AC unit. It turned on right away!

Then I got him to look at the weak airflow problem I had coming from the vents. It turned out that the duct cleaning company that came in the winter had reversed the wires to the blower. Essentially the hot air was set on to full blast and the cold air was not. After reversing the wires, the cold air flow came back to life as strong as ever.

In addition to that he actually helped adjust 2 of my floor register boots that had become disconnected from vent.

He didn't charge extra for any of this. Rafal is one of the most honest hard working guys I have ever met. God bless you sir and keep up the good work!

I recently had a new HVAC and H2O system installed, after receiving quotes from four or five other companies I decided to go with Rafal at Bluemax as he instilled the most confidence in both myself and my wife regarding the equipment to be installed and a sense of trust in both Rafal and the brands he recommended.
On the day of installation Rafal was on-time and properly laid down tarps to protect my flooring and quickly and with minimal disruption removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment. He also took great care in providing me instructions on how the new system operated. The installation looks great and the new HVAC functions perfectly.
Following the installation Rafal ensured I was enrolled in a rebate program and provided me with a complete bill of sale.

Thursday night, when going down to the basement, I thought I smelled an odor of gas. I wasn't sure but I decided to call Enbridge to be on the safe side. Sure enough, there was a gas leak, and they went ahead, shutting the gas for the entire house!! The next day I was on a mission to find someone to come and fix the problem ASAP. But how to find someone who I could trust? I went over the review on HomeStars and called those guys with hundreds of good review, and the two I was able to reach treated me like I was an inconvenience for them and they wouldn't book me for the next two weeks!!! But then I called BlueMax, and he was able to come the same day. Very professional, he did a amazing job, to code, make sure there was no other leak, took care of turning the gas back on and contacting Enbridge. Rafal, I will definitely call you next time I need anything done regarding furnaces, new gas line, and hopefully not another gas leak!

We had problems with our old tankless water heater, so we called Rafal, who came the same day to have a look. He recommended we get a new gas water heater, which he came and changed the very next day. We were very impressed with him and his work, that when our son had problems with their furnace they contacted Bluemax. They also were very impressed with Rafal's promptness and professionalism.
